Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah explantory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan wisata pemandian air panas Ciater SPA Resort Subang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Metode Partial Least Score (PLS). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Jasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan baik secara simultan dan parsial. Dilihat dari hasil koefisien jalur atau factor loading dari variabel laten kualitas jasa terhadap variabel laten kepuasan pelanggan pada wisata pemandian air panas Ciater SPA Resort sebesar 0.632 dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 13.123. The aim off this study is to examine the effect of product quality and service qualitty to customer statisfaction. The type of research is explanatory with quantitative approach. The number of sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who are customer of hot spring tour Ciater SPA Resort Subang. Sampling technique used in this research is insidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the method Partial Least Score (PLS). The data collection was done by distributing questionnaries that have been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results show that Service Quality significantly infuence Costomer Satisfaction both simultaneously and partially. Seen from the results of the path coefficient or factor loading from the service quality variable to the costumer statisfaction latent variable on the hot spring Ciater SPA Resort Subang amounting to 0.632 with a t-count value of 13.123.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi dalam kegiatan ekonomi, peranan dunia usaha khususnya dalam sektor finansial dan perbankan semakin menampakan perubahan yang sangat pesat. Dalam dunia perbankan yang menjadi sorotan utama buka hanya produk dan jasa, kualitas pelayanan merupakan bagian penting yang perlu dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha perbankan. Dalam rangka memuaskan nasabah, sebuah bank harus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas harapan nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui tingkat kualitas pelayanan di PT. BMRI unit Tanjung Siang terhadap nasabahnya cukup tinggi. Tingkat kepuasan nasabah di PT. BMRI unit Tanjung Siang cukup tinggi. Namun Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan secara variabel x tunggal (parsial) terhadap kepuasan nasabah di PT. BMRI unit Tanjung Siang tidak memiliki pengaruh namun bila kualitas pelayanan digabungkan dengan variabel x (lainnya) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. In the era of globalization in economic activities, the role of the business world, especially in the financial and banking sectors, is increasingly showing rapid changes. In the banking world, which is the main focus open only to products and services, the quality of services is an important part that needs to be owned by banking businesses. In order to satisfy customers, a bank must strive to improve the quality of customer expectations. Based on the results of the study note the level of service quality at at PT. Bank Mandiri Republik Indonesia (PT.BMRI) Unit Tanjungsiang for its customers is quite high. The level of customer satisfaction at at PT. Bank Mandiri Republik Indonesia (PT.BMRI) Unit Tanjungsiang is quite high. The effect of service quality is variable x single (partial) on customer satisfaction at at PT. Bank Mandiri Republik Indonesia (PT.BMRI) Unit Tanjungsiang has no influence but if service quality is combined with x (other) variables it has an influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian diatas hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : “terdapat pengaruh antara variabel implementasi kebijakan penataan pasar tradisional dan toko modern terhadap variabel efektivitas pembinaan sektor informal di Kabupaten Subang.” Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan paket statistik programme for social science (SPSS) versi 16.0, diperoleh data besarnya pengaruh antara Implementasi kebijakan penataan pasar tradisional dan toko modern terhadap efektivitas pembinaan sektor informal di Kabupaten Subang adalah 0,888. Berdasarkan tabel koefisien korelasi tersebut termasuk dalam kategori “sangat kuat”. Dari tabel coefficients diperoleh variabel Implementasi kebijakan dan Efektivitas nilai sig. Sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai probabilitas (sign) < nilai probabilitas 0,05, berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan pada hipotesis maka dapat dibuktikan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan penataan pasar tradisional dan toko modern berpengaruh sangat kuat terhadap efektivitas pembinaan sektor informal di Kabupaten Subang. Based on the results of the study note is: "there is influence between variable policy implementation arrangement of traditional markets and modern stores to variable effectiveness of coaching the informal sector in Subang." Based on the test results with statistical package program for social science (SPSS) version 16.0, was obtained the influence of data between the implementation of planning policies traditional markets and modern shops on the effectiveness of the informal sector guidance in Subang is 0.888. Based on the correlation coefficient table included in the category of "very strong". From the table variable coefficients obtained by the implementation of policies and Effectiveness sig. 0,000. Because the probability value (sign) <a probability value of 0.05, based on the criteria established in the hypothesis it can be proved that the implementation of planning policies of traditional markets and modern stores very strong influence on the effectiveness of the informal sector guidance in Subang.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi ternyata didominasi oleh pendapat yang menyatakan setuju yang menjadi angka mayoritas, yaitu sebesar 63% sementara yang berpendapat negatif dengan persepsi ketidaksetujuan atas variabel ini mencapain33%. Adapun variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan ternyata didominasi oleh pendapat yang menyatakan setuju sebesar 83%, sementara yang menilai negatif mencapai 17%. Sedangkan besaran pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan, dimana berdasarkan hasil korelasi antara kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,719 artinya hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut kuat. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji signifikan didapat t hitung > t tabel atau 8,343 > 1.294 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompensasi dengan variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan hasil uji determinasi diperoleh sebesar 51,7% dan sisanya sebesar 48,3 % diperkirakan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The results showed that the compensation variable was dominated by opinions that agreed to be the majority, namely 63%, while those with negative perceptions of the disapproval of this variable reached 33%. The employee work productivity variable was dominated by opinions that agreed to 83%, while those with a negative rate reached 17%. While the magnitude of the effect of compensation on employee work productivity is that there is a significant effect, which based on the results of the correlation between compensation to employee work productivity is 0.719, meaning the relationship between the two variables is strong. And based on the significant test results obtained t count> t table or 8.3343> 1.294, which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable compensation with the variable work productivity of employees. While the results of the determination test were obtained at 51.7% and the remaining 48.3% was estimated to be influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Seksi Usaha Ekonomi Masyarakat dalam Pemberdayaan Pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) di Kabupaten Subang dalam hubungannya dengan teori kinerja organisasio yaitu produktifitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kinerja Seksi Usaha Ekonomi Masyarakat dalam Pemberdayaan Pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) di Kabupaten Subang secara umum belum optimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah BUMDES yang belum terealisasi sesuai target, 30% dari 78 BUMDES yang terdata di 30 Kecamatan dalam kondisi tidak berjalan, pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan sementara waktu serta keterlambatan dalam pelaporan. This research and writing discusses matters relating to the Performance of the Community Economic Business Section in Empowering the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Subang Regency in relation to the theory of public organization perpormance namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. The results of the study showed that the Performance of the Community’s Economic Business Section in Empowering Managers of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Subang district in general was not optimal. This can be seen from the number of BUMDES that have not been realized according to the target, 30% of the 78 BUMDES recorded in 30 sub-districts were not functioning, the monitoring and evaluation carried out temporarily as well as delays in reporting.
